AIR TRAFFIC IN REGION 10 INCREASED BY 15.55% in 2011
A total of 8,596 incoming and outgoing flights have been noted in the two primary local airports that cater to commercial flight operations in Region 10 last year, up 15.55 percent during the previous year according to Naga Rascal, Area Manager of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), Region 10.
FOREST PARK LUGE NOW OPEN
The country’s first and only mountain luge ride located at Forest Park Dahilayan is now open.
As posted on their facebook account, the luge ride is 1.2 kilometers long with two routes.
The scenic route provides the riders with a magnificent view of Forest Park with all the pine trees as well as the zip rides just across and of course a low angle incline…the expert route of course has the dangerous bends, which I hope they have installed protective barriers.
There is currently a promo now @ P600 for you to ride not once but twice, free entrance and free round of mini golf at forest putt. The usual rate is P850. Come and be one of the first who can try the only mountain luge in the country.

A Brown Co., Inc. recently launched Ventura Residences, its latest development at Xavier Estates specifically located at Phase 5 area in Upper Balulang.
Ventura Residences is a high-end residential housing project with each unit composed of 2-storey house with 4 bedrooms, 3 comfort rooms, living and dining area, servant’s quarter and a garage, all within a 110 sq.m. lot. Each unit costs P2.9 million. Accordingly, during the launching, 20 units were sold on the spot. Some 300 more units will still be constructed though.
CONSTRUCTION OF PANGUIL BAY BRIDGE TO COST P4.425B
A revised cost of P4.425 billion have been proposed to finance the construction of the Panguil Bay Bridge that will connect Tangub City in Misamis Occidental and Tubod town in Lanao del Norte.
