PARAS GROUP TO FORMALIZE MULTI-BILLION RIVER DUCK TOURS PROJECT
Engr. Elpie Paras is mulling “Duck Tours” in the city patterned after the duck tours in Singapore. And just recently the plan was formalized when UC-1 Corporation, owned by Paras and operator of the Dahilayan Adventure Park and sister company, Great White Water Rafting Tours, Inc. submitted its proposal to the city government to put up a River Duck Tours cruise, which will boost the city’s tourism potentials.
