Tourism Dept to make Laguindingan an international Gateway

As part of the National Tourism Development Plan, the Department of Tourism will be establishing international gateways to cover the 25 strategic thematic tourism destination clusterscovering 77 tourism development areas (TDA). Among the international gateways identified for Southern Philippines is Cagayan de Oro with obvious reference to the soon-to-open Laguindingan Airport.
